His success at lead generation and marketing along with his lifelong interest in Real Estate inspired him to go even further to help his clients find the homes of their dreams—as a full service REALTOR. His background in computer science, business, and law, grants him a unique insight into the needs and wants of both his software engineering and business clients. Growing up in the bay area he attended Saratoga Schools before receiving his degree in Legal Studies with a Business Administration minor from the University of California Berkeley. Having lived and worked in the South Bay, East Bay, Peninsula and San Francisco, he has gained a lifetime of experience evaluating the neighborhoods and assessing the Real Estate trends for the world’s largest technology hub.

We recently closed on our new home in the competitive Bay Area housing market on the first offer we made - all thanks to Andrew. Over the past several months as we looked for our new home, Andrew was the perfect partner. He took the time to understand in detail what we were looking for and worked with our schedule as we visited a number of homes before we decided to make an offer. Once we decided to make an offer, Andrew used his network, did a quick assessment and came back with specific guidance on how much to offer and other details that would make it likely to get accepted. Once we made the decision on the specifics of the offer, everything got handled quickly and efficiently from extending it to closing on the home. The standout thing about working with Andrew was that while he was (literally) always available and extremely responsive, we never felt rushed on anything. Through the entire process we were also able to leverage his extensive network from lenders to inspectors and other vendors to close on the home and get it move in ready.
Not having bought a home in over 20 years, we really didn’t know where to begin. Andrew was great helping us navigate the landscape, especially as these were COVID times (no open houses, tours by appointment only). Andrew was super responsive, going the extra mile during our search setting viewing appointments, requesting disclosures from the seller’s agent, etc. After having toured many houses, when we found “ours”, he did an extensive market analysis to help us make sure our offer would fit the competitive landscape well (very much a seller’s market with low inventory). This resulted in us winning out against the competition on the very first house we’d decided to make an offer on! Andrew has also been great helping us navigate the landscape of mortgage lenders. We ran into the situation that the first lender (after having been pre-approved!) unexpectedly bailed out. As a result we had just days to find a new lender willing to underwrite the loan. Thanks to Andrew’s extensive network, his personable approach and a great sense of urgency we managed to recover from this situation very quickly after which Andrew was instrumental explaining all the steps involved to get to close-of-escrow. I can highly recommend Andrew and will most definitely engage with him again should the opportunity present itself!
Andrew was extremely resourceful and seemed to have all information in his finger tips. We were impressed with the speed with which he was able to close the deal for us!!! He was very patient and answered all our concerns, irrespective of what time of day it was, including weekends.

Bay area is tough market to buy a home and we as first time home buyers found it very difficult to find our dream home. We searched for perfect home for very long long time. I almost gave up finding home and was considering moving out of Bay Area. And then we met Andrew. He is true professional and was god send for our family. He was available round the clock to answer our questions and advised us about the right thing to do. He even worked with us during winter break to show us homes. We were very nervous and anxious through the transaction, this was all our savings that we were using in buying our dream home. But Andrew made things very comfortable for us, he explained each and every detail during the transaction. This helped us understand and take the right decision at the right moment. He took care of setting up all inspections and providing us all the details of our home. He also helped us provide all the information about the schools and details of our community. And the most important and best part of working with Andrew is that he did the all tough negotiations for us to get every dollar in our favor. I reached out to Andrew because he had a listing I was interested in. After reviewing the details of the listing I decided it was not what I was looking for. Three weeks after my initial conversation he called. He wanted to know if there was anything he could do to help me find what I was looking for. I was impressed by his call because at that time he was not my agent, he knew I was not interested in his listing but he still called. After that call, there was no question for me, he became my agent. He helped me find the lot that I had been looking for years so we could build our dream home. The transaction was not easy, there were a lot of hurdles to overcome, it took a while to finalize, and in the end, he did not make a lot of commission on the transaction. I was worried about it so I asked him if he was upset, to find out that he was not upset, he was so happy for us because we had finally found the lot we were looking for.
We initially touched base with Andrew in February of this year when we relocated from Pacific Palisades to Los Gatos. At the time we weren’t immediately ready to buy, but post our first conversation, my husband and I decided to enlist his help the minute we were ready to begin our search. It was the best decision we’ve ever made. Being new to the area, Andrew helped us pinpoint the locations we should hone in on based on our needs, interests, lifestyle etc., and over the course of 4 weekends we found our dream home in Los Gatos! From start to finish, Andrew was just phenomenal. For instance, not only did he organize viewings of all the properties we’d chosen to see, he also accompanied us on each outing. This proved invaluable, as his insight on each (e.g. location, value for money etc.) was fantastic in narrowing our focus, & in the space of a month we’d come across a true gem which ticked off all the items on our wish list! Once we decided to make an offer, Andrew was relentless in securing the house for us. Going above and beyond to help us while we were in contract, he was present at all of the inspections on our behalf - which was hugely helpful on days when we couldn’t make it ourselves. In addition, he organized any tradesmen we needed to come in and quote for work so that we could be ready to move in as soon as possible after closing. As Andrew had a list of recommended contractors he worked with, we didn’t have the added stress of going through a million site reviews to source good people - which was another major burden off our shoulders! Throughout, negotiations were handled smoothly, and when any bumps in the road appeared they were ironed out in the most incredibly efficient and professional manner. They were also to our benefit, as Andrew successfully negotiated a reduction in the listing price for us! On closing day, he was present at the signing, which we thought was a really supportive and thoughtful gesture, and in thinking about our past realtors, had to wonder about their absence at such an important event! Here, Andrew was on hand to help with any last minute questions/queries that arose during the signing, and made sure the process ended effortlessly. Andrew is one in a million. He worked tirelessly for us, and was always kind and patient as we asked about a million questions a day about the house, the area, negotiations etc. Everything, any issue we had, was also dealt with promptly - which is a big deal when you’re trying to keep the stress around this event to a minimum! To the latter, one thing I must mention is that Andrew also introduced us to an excellent lender, which meant our mortgage application was also a breeze. Lastly, Andrew is highly knowledgeable in his field, and understands every critical aspect of the Silicon Valley housing market. His expertise made us feel very confident in the decision we made - although this will be our home, it’s nice to know we made a great investment too! Thank you Andrew!
