Agents, Sales Managers, and Team Founders work with me when they are looking to evolve their book of business to the next level and have hit a growth plateau with their team and production. They are having erosive challenges to their brand and culture and need to gain clarity on what the next steps will be to reinvigorate their business. They are looking to have a cohesive business and have both operations and sales rowing the boat in the same direction.

I have helped team owners recruit, hire, train, and manage their analysts, assistants, and subagents for 13 years in both commercial and residential real estate. I’ve helped team owners unlock the potential in their productive staff and agents, and designed performance excellence plans to their struggling staff and agents in methods that were accretive to the culture of the team.
I’ve worked within a team of top producing agents personally growing the business from 11 agents and $250M in volume, to 80 agents and $1.2B in volume all within a two-year time frame. Prior to that I with a boutique brokerage of 35 agents through a merger & acquisition into a Fortune 200 global brokerage to become the second highest producing office globally across the whole company.
I have been lucky to have been to coaching and training sessions and events by the Tom Ferry, Jon Cheplak, Dan Beers, Jeff Mays, Sharran Srivatsaa, Greg Holthaus, Julie Youngblood, The Herg Group, and Spring Bengtzen & SISU to name a few. I am a passionate learner and always looking to stay on the forefront of what the best teams in the business are doing.
When I am not working with my amazing coaching clients I am working with my own real estate team in the Bay Area, focusing on Silicon Valley to the Coast. I live with my husband Kevin, and our cat Whiskey, in the Santa Cruz mountains and we enjoy live music with friends, cheering on our favorite Bay Area teams (go Warriors!), and exploring the beaches and hiking in the area.
