This is the key area, where Ian has done a great job. As a first time buyer, the key component is to educate the buyers and drive them in the rightful direction. Ian was always there to provide a better education on the house, area, current value, future values and provided some key info to make some important decisions on finalizing few decisions. Responsive & Negotiation Skills ::
He is always there to respond to any questions any time and his knowledge and assessment are very good, which was key for the right price negotiated on this property. We were about put a 15K more on this and his judgement/assessment of market has saved this amount for this house.

Other important key factor was his marketing strategy. I liked his approach which is buyers choice being 100%. He never hurried the decision or he never provided a biased assessment to get to his goal of getting a property.

He is very supportive in providing quick contacts to the contractors, bank loan officers, which was immense help in making quick judgement and loan closure for this house.

I can't say enough great things about Ian. 2 years ago we purchased a house in San Jose. Ian was the listing agent at that time. Fast forward 2 years and because of a job relocation we were in the seller’s seat and looking for an agent that knew the downtown San Jose area. Our home was also a multi family residence so it had quite a bit of additional red tape. Ian made the process as easy as it could possibly be. Prior to the sale, Ian took care of home photos, video, staging, and countless hours of hand holding for us. Ian sold our home in record time -- before it even went on the market. Andrew is one of the best real estate professional in the bay area. He is very professional and handles real estate matters smoothly & quickly. If the area is seller market then the quick response is vital. If you don't respond quickly you could lose your dream home. In this regards, Andrew is excellent in dealing things in rapid speed. If he would not have responded in time I would not have locked my home with the best price. He is always available for you to answer any questions, literally 24/7! I remember he is responding to some of my questions in midnight. I don't think any other real estate agent would do that. This shows his commitment to clients.
