Andrew has also been great helping us navigate the landscape of mortgage lenders. We ran into the situation that the first lender (after having been pre-approved!) unexpectedly bailed out. As a result we had just days to find a new lender willing to underwrite the loan. Thanks to Andrew’s extensive network, his personable approach and a great sense of urgency we managed to recover from this situation very quickly after which Andrew was instrumental explaining all the steps involved to get to close-of-escrow.
